Founder
Cuneyt is an accomplished and result-oriented professional, offering 15 years of comprehensive experience in all aspects of ABC investigations, risk, finance, compliance, and data analytic projects within different sectors. He actively contributed all aspects of project life cycle and delivered high-value projects in complex organizations across different geographies.
Cuneyt worked as Director in EY's Turkey and UK practices before he established Sius in 2017. He is Turkish Chartered Accountant and Certified Fraud Examiner.
Cuneyt possesses extensive knowledge and experience in the implementation of blockchain technologies. In 2020, he was recognized as an Exceptional Talent in Digital Technologies by the UK Government.
M. Taylan Dilek
Partner
Taylan has more than two decades of experience within financial institutions and corporates where he worked as the lead investigator. He established and directed internal audit, internal control, fraud combating, corporate governance frameworks and teams for multinationals.
Taylan worked as Director in EY's Turkey practice before he joined Sius in 2019. He is a Certified Fraud Examiner.
Taylan lectured in various departments of universities on financial compliance and auditing.
Caglar Kirik
Partner
Caglar has hands on experience of more than 10 years in every aspect of fraud auditing. His experience in many industries include Life Sciences, Automotive, Retail & Consumer Products, Energy, Insurance, Real Estate, Hospitality and Construction.
Caglar is registered as Turkish Chartered Accountant, Certified Fraud Examiner, and Independent Auditor.
He worked as Associate Partner in EY Turkey's forensic practice before joining Sius in 2021 where he led numerous projects of investigation, compliance, due diligence, M&A transaction forensics, and risk assessment.
Caglar has proven track record in forensic auditing of sports clubs, associations, and financial auditing of multinational manufacturing firms.
